WEEK 18: New Comp & Another Drunk Encounter :D
TUESDAY
My companion is Elder Christensen now. He's from Virginia. He likes to work a lot which is good.

THURSDAY
I've been real busy this week. Because I know the area well I've been doing all the planning for lessons and pulling a lot of the weight. I'ts mega-stressful but I'm learning a lot. A lot of time-management skills and conversation skills from starting conversations with people all day.
This week Maria Eduada visited Edinaldo's house. She's his niece I think. One day out of the blue she up and moved to Recanta, some city far away, and Rudger and I had no idea. We were sad because she was progressing super well and loved the Book of Mormon. I'm way glad she visited this week, we were able to give her another copy because her other one got wet, and she and Agatha promised they'd read it. I told Maria Eduarda goodbye (cuz she's heading back to Recanta tomorrow) and she and her grandmother promised to find their local LDS church in Recanta and start going. I told them they'd grow more than they'd ever imagine through learning about the Gospel. I hope things go well for them.
FRIDAY
Tonight Edinaldo's brother was at his house. He was very drunk. He's Buddist which I think is way cool, but he started screaming at my comp because we believe in the Bible. I was so worried my companion was going to lose his composure because Edinaldo's brother was saying some harsh things and starting to poke him and stuff while he yelled but luckily we made it out alright haha. I just left Agatha with a scripture to read while my comp dealt with the drunk homie and we scheduled to come back tomorrow.
SATURDAY
We saw a gnarly dead cat on the road today. That is all
SUNDAY
Today was nice. Lidiane and her family came to church today. They're such a funny family I love going over there. They're super musical too, all of them. So when we come over they always bust out the ole keyboard and we have a jam sesh together.
It felt like we hardly did any work this week, just walked e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e,
But looking back this week we actually had a lot of success and got a lot accomplished.
I'm officially done with training! Guess I'm big stuff now
